I have been dating this so called girl for 6 months and the sex was great but today I just found out she was born a man so what does that make me ??????

Gender is a social construct. You could be a boy raised as a girl and then you would identify yourself as a girl. The same goes for people who feel like they are another sex. If she identified enough to go through all that surgery, then she is a girl. You had sex with a girl. If she walks and talks and acts like a girl, she is a girl. You are still heterosexual.

She should have told you much earlier into the relationship about her history, but ok she didn't. Can you move past that and continue to date her? Are you in love with her? Can you forgive her for not telling you the truth? Can you look past what she used to be to what she is now?
These are questions you'll have to decide the answer to. I know you'll get a ton of flak from people about this but to be completely honest this could happen to anyone.
