Personally for me its a whole lot of things combined. Nice personality, good conversationalist even if we just joke around with some lame jokes, manners, overall carriage of himself and sense of humour. To tell you the truth even with the short list of qualities we have that we find attractive in men and are looking for, it don't come close to what we actually settle with. Atleast from my point of view. Because I find that everything that I wanted in a man I didn't get but I did got more than I bargained for. In a sense we do men wrong with the shortlist because some nice opportunities with great guys are often lost based on that list and first impressions.

First off, if he has a sence of humor. I love to laugh and if he aint funny I'm not gonna go out with him. Second he must ge nice and treat me with the respect I deserve. If he acts all lovey-dovey in private and then like I'm invisible when we're with his friends then he is not the right guy for me. And third are the basics:
1) he can't be shorter then me
2) he has to be at least somewhat cute
3) he has to be a good kisser

every girl likes different types of guys. it's not like every girl looks for the same type. some like smart guys that do good in school some like the opposite. girls might like a guy with humor. some girls may not.

Girls look for guys that pay attention to them and make them feel like they're the only woman alive. Intelligent conversation counts, and yes, great sex matters!

Intelligence, a warm smile, a sense of humor, respect, kindness. Good looks are overrated.

2. conversation
3. intrests ( if they are the same as mine or not )
4. comfortablity ( if i dont feel comfty with someone thats a major red flag)
5. eye contact ( if i dont feel like i can look u in the eyes then its a no go )

first of all sensitivity then if u can say were ur gf and u have to treat us like woman should be treated dont preasure us take us out have some fun or soon u will be out the door

personality,sense of humor, when he says the right things at the right time, doesn't rush things,when they love their girl for who she is and not what she looks like, when they just be themselves
