suntans can be if you sit all day to get one but some no cause if you work outside you cant help it but im white as a ghost

Yes, I think tanning is stupid! People should just dwell in caves and never ever get any sun! It’s so annoying (and stupid) to know that our cultural standards of beauty are often defined by suntans.

It looks great but it does present problems like sunburns, premature ageing and even potential for skin cancer. Fake tans/spray-ons can be less hazardous but try and avoid looking like a glowing orange ball. One can also be exposed to the sun provided it is before 10 am and after 3 pm. The sun's rays can be less harmful during this period.

I think some people go way too overboard, to the point where they are so dark it looks rediculous. Of course, the less sun you are exposed to, the better the chances are that you do not get skin cancer. As someone who gets burned during even 5 min of driving, I stay out of it as much as possible, even when using sunscreen.

A little color looks good on almost everyone. Too much looks ridiculous and ruins your skin.
