Presently, around the globe, there are 17 wars in progress. That is down from a high of 37, at any one time. Now, you tell me, do you think there will ever be a time without war?

No. As long as their are individual nations and citizens with free will, there will always be conflict. Some of these conflicts will always lead to violent international incidents.

No because conflict is in our nature. Going back all the way to Adam and Eve (if you believe in this) and eating the apple. It is in us to be imperfect, unreasonable, and violent at times.
