The best way to deal with dandruff is dab your scalp in sea breeze astriginent. That removes it and makes the scalp fell great. As far as hair loss, by no means don't use head and shoulders shampoo, it made my dad go bald.

unlike what most people recommend that one should oil the hair in order to prevent dandruff but in reality dandruff gets enhanced by oiling the hair instead wash your hair every alternate day and keep them clean specially during monsoons.Don't use strong hair gels or gels.As far as hair loss is concerned avoid using strong shampoos, apply paste of pumpkin on your hair 1 hour before u wash them.limit use of hair driers

use teagel shampoo the first week every other day, it smells a little funny, but makes your hair smell good. do not shampoo your hair on the off days. at the most use water to rinse your hair no shampoo on the off-days. then when you have been through the first week, up-keep with once a week use of teagel shampoo, and normal shampooing everyday.
