well if you on a diet program then workout after you eat each meal or you can have a plan on how you want to but after you eat is best and right before you go to sleep is good to

Generally, if you're doing cardio, it's best to wait two hours after eating because you can sometimes taste what you just ate while you're exercising if you exercise sooner than that (a very unpleasant experience!)

I exercise in the morning before I eat and have always found it to work very well.

As long as it is is done regularly and stick close to the same time you do it everyday, it should be fine. Just avoid exercising strenuously 3 hours before sleeping because this makes it hard for one to fall asleep. Try doing cardio 3x a week and strength or resistance training 2x a week. The recommended exercise is an hour everyday at least 5x a week.

There is no "best" time. You still burn the same ammount of calories if you exercise before you eat or after. Why not do half before and then half after? Oh snap

Personally, I think in the morning..That way you are more conscious of what you are putting in your mouth and eating...

To me it seems like when I work out later.. I make excuses for eating bad food. Number one excuse that I can eat that candy or those cookies is.."oh, I'm going to work out later"..lol..but if I have already worked out..I am more likely not to eat the bad things..

morning because it gets you energized for the day, and you'll feel more confident throughout the day. And definitly do it after you eat but wait like 45 mins or an hour.
