Depends on how old you are and what kind of beard. Some guys look great in beards, others look like giant apes. Also depends on how often you shave. If you only shave once or twice a week you may as well grow a beard cuz girls don't like kissing a cactus.

It's just a matter of preference. Women tend not to prefer beards. I believe winter beards make more sense than summer beards. There is maintenance issues to consider ie food getting caught, keeping it trimmed and clean. Have a nice day.
