No quick fix. It is time that heals and that does not always make it all better. Try not to fixate on the ex. Don't ask his friends questions about him. don't go where he is or might be for awhile. And try not to plot a revenge on him, or if you do don't carry through with it. Hang out with friends, talk on the phone, watch TV do things you like to do.

Don't burn your stuff - that won't help at all, it will just replace remorse with regret.

Get a group of your mates together & go out. I don't know how old you are so I won't suggest a pub but a day at the beach/fairground etc will be good to remind you of all the fun you can have whilst single. We all tend to forget our mates when we start new relationships, so go get them back.

I love a good flirt - it does wonders for your ego...........

Get a new hobby, stay occupied & don't dwell on the past. It's time to move on, everything happens for a reason & he just wasn't the one for you.

Stay happy

:-)

By looking at things from a diffrent perspective. Think about it from the point of view of your own insecurities. What has your ex done to you by rejecting you? Have they made you feel unattractive or inadequate? When you can address these issues and feel confident about yourself again, you'll be over it.

Do not think about the good times you had with them. If you do that you will be sad. Think of why you broke up with them; that will help. You will get through it, I know, I have been there.
