I need to know the legal requirments of stocking density of beef cattle, and/or any other infomation involved with housing of cattle. thanx

As far as beef cows on pasture, I would assume the regulations are the same, but you need to decide how many cows you would want per acre depending on the quality of your forages. The best place to contact for this find of informaiton is your state extension service. Just search for your state's beef extension service on Yahoo. As an example I put the link for Ohio's Beef Extension. They should have contact information and you should be able to call them or e-mail.
