Depends on how deep and where you're talking about.
On sea level the average water temperature is around 17 to 20 degrees Celcius.
At about 1000ft or deeper, the temperature is around 5 to 10 degrees C.
At places where there are lava/openings, water temperatures will reach 100 degrees (boiling point). After that water will boil away, so it can't be any hotter unless pressurized (high record 407 degrees celcius).
Areas (rocks and lava) around the opening are as high as 1000 degrees Celcius.

it varies, depending upon location. under the north pole it is very cold, maybe 32 degrees. in shallow areas of the persian gulf, in summer, it is very hot, maybe near 90+degrees.

i dont think anywhere in the world it can get much lower than 32 degrees +/- 5 degrees. the constant movement of unfrozen water over it would never allow it to get any colder.
