well if its a permanent straigtner (chemical) all you have to do is curl it with a curling iron.
if its a regular hair straigtner just wet your hair and it will go back to curly.

If you use a chemical straightener you will have to grow the straight hair out to get back to curly. You also have to do it all the time to keep it from looking bad. An at home straightener is likely to damage your hair as well.

If you want the option of going curly or straight then invest in a good ceramic hair straightener. The best ones can be found in beauty salons but can run as high as $500. I have a metal one that works great on my hair but my hair is fine and wavy. The metal ones will cost about $30. I got mine because I can also crimp my hair with it. ;)

If you want the versatility of switching back & forth, you should just use a straightening iron & good styling product to style it straight when you wish to wear it that way.

This product i've used & gladly recommend to anyone with crazy curl hair who's trying to style it straight-
http://www.sabinohair.com/moisture-manager.html

I'd go out in the rain & it'd get wet & redry & it'd be fine-it did amazing for my hair (which is a naturally curly, soft - spiral curls Just past shoulder length)

Good Luck (a little of this product goes a long way-i use a dime size amt on my hair)

Yes.

My mother straightend her hair (which is very curly) with a professional kit. Within 2-3 weeks her natural hair style came back out.

ive had my hair chemically straightened before, it worked for a bit but it grows out, as does anythin u do to your hair. if your hair is naturally curly it doesnt really matter what you do to it, it will always end up back to the way it originally is.

i imagine it relies upon how severe the college keeps the humidity aspect, because I went to at least one college and my hair frizzed up like loopy, then I went to a unique and it stayed desirable each of the time. My hair is definitely immediately notwithstanding it nevertheless receives frizzy. At many shops their are hair tonics which will keep your hair brilliant and frizz free. attempt to purchase one which has olive oil in it. If it does have some sort of oil, do not overdo it, because your hair will look greasy. desire this permits : )
