yes the salmon can be eaten with chilli because at the end it will taste out good and spicy , it makes salmon dish interesting to eat.

i've never had salmon in chili.
it's better if you use beef and sausage.
some people like to add deer, but i've never preferred the taste of deer to beef and sausage.
