Know what you are eating. There are good fats and bad fats, good protein and bad protein and good carbohydrate and bad carbohyrate.
The best way, which is the healthiest way, to loose weight is to go for low glycemic index food. But it will not be quick for sure.

Exercise as often as possible...not just whenever you feel like it because for people wanting to lose weight, this will often be never. Or, join a sports team where you can have fun as well as burn off some of those extra calories. Also, eating a bunch of junk food won't help very much.

There isn't a way to loose weight quickly..the faster you loose it the faster you will gain it all back and perhaps more.Concentrate on your diet,get lots of exercise and the weight will come off.
Cut out all the junk food,sugar,stick to a diet of whole grains,lean protein,fruits and vegetables..A healthy weight loss is around 1-2lbs a week..

keep calories under 1500 a day with a low fat/high protein diet and do cardio exercise at least 5x a week keeping your heart rate in the target zone for at least 45 minutes. once you reach goal weight 30 min a day x3 days a week should be sufficient. also drink 60 oz of water a day including green tea.
