First go home, your usually contagious for at least 3 days or while you are running a fever. No since on making others sick, I know I would thank you for going home. If your hungry try eating some unsalted crackers, they recommend this for morning sickness, maybe some Chicken soup. Try to drink plenty of water or juice to hydrate yourself. Pedilite is good to drink and puts the electrolytes back in your body.
So go home, get in bed, get lots of sleep, that is when our bodies heal is when we sleep.

Are you pregnant? Did you eat anything that may have been spoiled? I once ate a chicken breast that was fully cooked, but the toxins from the bacteria on it caused me to get really ill for a couple of days. Just take it easy, drink lots of liquids and if you eat anything, just eat bland foods like bananas, rice, or broth until you're feeling better. If this doesn't go away in a day or so, see a doctor. I would go home from work. There's no sense in working when you feel ill. That's what sick time is for.

If you're throwing up, then going home seems like the best thing to do.
Don't eat anything until you feel better. EXCEPT that drinking a little Classic Coca Cola or a sort of ginger ale that actually has some real ginger in it will help to settle your stomach and help stop your throwing up. (Only Classic Coca Cola works in this way--not the other types of cola. Classic Coke syrup is actually sold in small bottles in some drug stores as an anti-emetic.)

If you feel like eating something, do.
Make sure it's just crackers or dry toast and maybe some 7-up. If you can keep that down for a couple of hours, eat something else easy on the tummy. You should go home.
You probably have food poisoning, so are not contagious, but you don't want to barf on the job. Your co-workers will always remember that.

You need to go home. Get some Gatorade. Drink it real slow like a tablespoon at a time. Crawl in bed and sleep. When you wake up if you have not vomited again try eating some crackers slowly. Sorry you got sick and hope you feel better soon.

Try some hot tea and saltine crackers. Sometimes they will settle the stomach.
Why are you in yahoo answers at work? Sounds like you have an easy job so stay.
Wish I got paid to be on the computer.

Hi there,
i think you should really stay at home and rest.
Having nausea and vomitting and would feel like vomitting when you eat , that is very likely to be some eating disorder. Probably you should go to any pharmacy for drug or better still consult doctor. There may be other underlying disease or cause to your nausea.
Also, if you are not on other medication, i think taking drug e.g. metochlopramide can help to inhibit your nausea

I think you should go home and lay down, take a nap and relax. Bananas or rice or dry bread will fill you up, and most probably won't upset your stomach. Drink water or black tea, nothing with much flavor. Try to avoid strong smells of food, they make you feel even worse. Avoid anything buttery or fatty.
Hope you feel better soon!

I have felt that before but if you don't eat anything you are not gonna feel better. Slowly, you should eat oatmeal or bread. Eat slowly and stay home. You should drink Aloe Vera and light bread, go to trader joes and purchase some light stuff.

Go home, Honey.
Get lots of rest.
Drink fluids, but not too quickly. Crushed ice and coke, about 2 spoons every 5 minutes works for me.
