Is the study essay limited to 150 words?
Are you a beginnning student?
My advice is to introduce with a natural idea of the spheres. You will have to research scientific evidence to substantitate these ideas. Remember some of the natural processes introduce changes - long term and immediate.
Then show how the changes from human impact require using methods for sustainable use or control. Include population growth, resources, pollution, and habitat for other species. The Industrial Age is a good place to start.
Conclude with a wrap-up of the issues and a look toward the future.
This could provide a decent short essay.

Someone who made it through high school and a masters degree once told me, "tell them what you're going to tell them, then tell them, then tell them what you just told them".
