I've learned COBOL many years ago but dont remember anything, why do you need such a primitive language?

If you know how to do this the correct way, it is better to beg forgiveness than ask permission. If you don't know how leave it alone. Why would you want too? You can not produce electricity with any type of generator unless you get free equipment and free fuel, cheaper than you can get it from the utility.
