In three months.....if you walk everyday for 2 hours, you will lose weight, you will feel healthier and be healthier. You will look better (because I know you look good now), your inner beauty will shine stronger (because I know it is shining now). You will be able to control what you eat and drink. You will be a whole new person and remember I told you first.
I am not joking, I started walking and it changed my life. BUT starting and continuing is very difficult, I will be honest with you.

You don't need to hide urself when there is a group of georgeous girls, You will be brisk all day, your legs and bones willbe strong (provided proper diet calcium rich food is taken), You can be confident. Your body will be flexible for walking good distance.
