The perfect mom to me would just have to give me love and be there for me in good and bad times me my best friend.

A mom that remembers what it was like to make mistakes, instead of screaming at their child as if they've never seen a mistake in their entire life. A mom that listens to their kids own unique world-view, mentality, and hopes and dreams. A mom that realizes their child a "person" not a property that is incapable of turning into someone wonderful in the future. A mom that WANTS to be a good mom. A mom that treats any habits or addictions she has. A mom that doesn't fill her childrens minds with her own worries and doubts, but instead encourages them to always strive and believe. A mom that plays with her kids, even if she feels stupid doing it. A mom that realizes her children are gifts from God, and tries her best to randomly suprise [bless] her kids with little gifts (from hugs, to a cookie even though she doesn't want them to eat too many). A mom that shows interest in her childs thinking and reasoning. A mom that accepts her child doesn't always have to think nor solve problems like herself. A mom that realizes she might not have done something when she was their age, but she isn't anymore (so she instead seeks to understand why they did things differently). A mom that doesn't discuss their childs secrets and fears with other people (not even their dad in some cases). A mom they can trust to always be there, no matter how crazy what they did is. A mom that loves them :) you sound like you do, so i wouldn't worry.

You can be perfect Mom too. Because if you have plan well you can do it. Take heart and don't be discourage when kids make a mistakes......just forgive them. As a mother you should always protect your kids from every side and rest is on God head.
You have to be very friendly to your Child/kids as it is one of the tools to understand the thought of Kids.
Kids always ask questions, some time good questions and some time funny question, but you must be ready to respond to them.
Perfect Mom is the one who leads a kids in a lovely road and in a good path with fun and entertainment. If you become a perfect Mom, then I think your Kids will never forget you even after your bereavement.

Well there are no yardsticks for a good mom. A mother is a mother and the most important person for a child. Dont try to be bound down in what to do and what not to do. Having a great relationship with children and being able to inspire confidence in them is the most important thing. You dont have to spoil them by being too good. You have to maintain a balance between a friendly mother and a hard mom. Command respect and love by your own deeds. The whole family will be happy. You have to discharge your obligations towards all. To be a mother is a whole time job and one of the toughest things. All the best. Keep your spirits high.

Relize that your children will be looking to you for direction. This includes teaching them how to be good citizens and the importance of doing right over wrong. Spanking your kids at an early age is a must after that try time out. You need to tell your kids what is exceptable behavoir and what is not. Running around tareing the place up, hitting you or other people and throwing a fit is something you what to teach them is NOT okay. So show them it's not by taking some privalidges away.
Being an excellent example to your kids is the way to get them to turn out right.

There is no such thing as a perfect mom! Be the best mom you know how to be and never stop learning and searching for ways to improve. include the following "skills" :Listen; Love; Trust; Respect; Discipline; and Patience

The best mom is one who puts the needs and wants of the children above her own needs and wants. My kids are both teens now and I remember when they played peewee football. If was raining during practice or a game, I sat in the rain. I thought if they could play or practice in it, I could sit in the rain and watch.
I saw that they were able to take advantage of nearly every opportunity that came their way. I was a single mom and sometime it seemed almost impossible but I was determined. They are only young for a short while and I wanted to make the most of it.

the best mom is that one who is always supporting yr efforts, being around you, being considerate about you, giving, loving, caring, but she can have her days too. Just like any other person.
You already have what it takes to be a good mom. Your willingness is a first step in being a good mom. Trust your instincts, educate yourself on maternity and childhood, immerse yoursel f with yr child into their own world of fantasy. You will also find the child in you that way.

well i don't think there is a perfect mom, nobody is perfect, but you can be as perfect to your kids as you want to be, my kids and there friends think im the coolest mom ever' why? because i try and do everything with them, involved myself with what they want to do, play games with all, including the friends, talk to them, love them, never doubt them, always feel you can trust them,
