Dieters tea or "Detox Tea," when followed by a clean diet (i.e. not starvation) and exercise (1 hour cardio 3Xweek, 1 hour strength training 3Xweek, w/ Sundays off). There is no magic pill or tea that will help you lose weight. It is a combination of diet and exercise, coupled with a strong willpower to lose the weight.

Yes ~ it's called "diet & excercise" tea. Sorry, but there is no magical elixar that will make you loose weight in a healthy manner, the only sure cure is proper diet combined with moderate, regular exercise. Good luck!

Actually, a type of chinese tea called pu'er is quite good in helping dieters to 'wash' out the oil they consume during meals. Many chinese friends of mine recommended but I've yet to try it personally.
