firstly, i am not a kid or a teenager...........................
if you catch a guy sneaking a look at you, blushing a little when he talks to you and throwing things at you (not heavy things...lol) basically bugging you and saying things he know's gets on your nerves............
would you say he likes you and is flirting, albeit in a weird way?

Oh he is flirting! And I mean flirting in the sweetest sense of the word. How great that there are still guys out there who play sweet and nice. Throw a paper wad when he isn't looking and enjoy the fun. This is the beginning of true romance not lust. Good luck, I hope neither of you are married. That would be a whole new question.

I'd think so.
Although the lack of "hey, you're hot" and the doppy blushing and throwing things is a dead give-away that he's immature or just young (like 10-17 yrs old).

well you may not be a teenager...but throwing things? I'd say HE needs to grow up a tad bit.. But all in all, yea he likes you....in that annoying little way immature guys are when they are acting like this.

He definately likes you without a doubt. Young guys do that. I remember when I was a kid. I liked this girl ALOT. I did'nt know how to communicate it with her so I threw dirt clods and did stupid stuff to her.
