I have recently done my apartment in Tuscan style. Deep rich colors, dark heavy woods, wrought iron accents, such as grills, which can be found in garden centers, are great on walls.

Roosters are a great accent in a Tuscan kitchen.

Try wrought iron candle holders, curtain rods, mirrors in your bedroom. I have a deep yellow gold base color with a metalic gold finish glazed over the gold paint. in my bedroom. The candle light reflects on the metalic paint giving the room a very "romantic" feel.

Deep rich red, gold, and green accent pillows, and lots of them on the beds.

To make things look Italian, use deep earth tones that are very saturated. Occasionally throw in deep red and green accents and use dark cherry and mahogany woods. I'm sorry, I don't know of any websites for this, but I hope my ideas have helped you!

Very few internal doors. Stone slab floors. Very few curtains but outside shutters. Plain colours. Bedrooms are generally plain with metal beds. I would not bother, seriously. I love the Italians but not their decor..........................
