It doesn't mean you're not ready for sex. You're 19 which means biologically, you're never gonna be more ready for sex than you are now. I've heard of cases like this before and I had a girlfriend that had the same issue so I looked into what the problem might have been. What I found out was that on a rare occasion, a woman is born with extremely sensitive skin inside the vagina which is treated by taking skin from other place on the body and putting it there. But that doesn't mean you are like her. My girlfriend was younger, but I stayed in touch with her and the issue persisted until she was into her early 20s in after which she just dealt with the pain and got through it. But that doesn't mean that you are like her. The only advice you should listen to on a forum like this is to be examined by a medical professional and have them tell you what it is.

I had a friend so small she couldn't even use junior size tampons. Go to a gynecologist and talk honestly and see if it is size or if its muscle contraction. If it is size and you get a guy who doesn't take "stop" as an option you could end up tearing and causing painful damage to yourself.

It would be beneficial to call at a gynecologist to assist in solving this problem, I think it's with the hymen rather than the vagina.

Just take it easy.... and also...don't try so hard... make sure he gives you lots of kisses there first.
Don't try to put it all the way in right away...go in an inch..for a while...then try a little more...relax and enjoy

Your not still a virgin. It takes awhile for things to get all opened up downt there sometimes. (Not that I'm suggesting they should be opened up yet)

Extremely normal. Your boyfriend should be 'working' his way in with his fingers before you guys have sex. IT takes a while, but.....
