Reproduces...as in grow back what was removed..like a lizard his tail? I don't think so....intestine transplantation is being done nowadays though.

No, it won't regenerate. But be assured that it won't harm the baby at all in the long run....it'll all be ok.......don't worry....best of luck to you........
