Tell him he's a jerk and the next time you hook up with some guy (hope he's strong) tell your new bf that this guy keeps bothering you.... sic your new bf on the freak.

tell him to stay out of your personal life before you make his life a living hell tell him to get a life and that you will never go out with him and just leave you alone or you can tell him your going to report him to the police for harassment
