I think that you should just dump him straight away, because if he is cheating on you then that measn you will never be able to make a proper long-term meaningful relationship. So it just depends what you want himn for and it sonds like you want a long term partner, so my advice is dump him because you cant let him break your heart and also you sound like a really trusting nice attractive person (dont aks why i think that!), but you are bound to find another guy and when you do you will find one that will treat you better and who you can actually trust.
So My advice is dump him, and look for a better man (as he sounds like a **** just for cheating on someone he says he loves)

Don't you dare believe him, he is after ONE thing & then he'll be gone...if you let him, he'll keep wanting other women...most men (and many women today) keep looking for something "great", but aren't willing to put in the work of exploring & opening up to just one person...Sex should be a way to discover each others secrets and when you both know each others secrets, you can please each other more than anyone else can & there will be no need to keep looking...

Even if he does like you more then usual, he does not love you. If he is on that stage where he is playing around successfully with a few girls, then he certainly is not ready for a real commitment.
My piece of advice... avoid him like the plague or you will get hurt bad.
