the dark hair and fair skin would indicate someone from an eastern european ancestory. But, our world is so interracial, especially in american, that you could be italian, greek, mexican, puerto rican, southern german (remember snow white). What color are your eyes? I have dark hair and fair skin and I am Hungarian.

Actually just for looks nobody can tell for sure. Because I met many different persons that are not from where they should be, and happens to be from somewhere else. But just to guess you could be from Latin America.
