Where can I find out how to make useful electronics projects?

Things like USB sticks, radio broadcasters, actual *STUFF*, not just circuits + whatnot.

I have already looked through Instructables.com.

Links to even just one project would be useful.

Looking for things that could be USEFUL, not just little LED throwies or anything.
