Do you say: "Take off your clothes" or "Take your clothes off" ?

i think they're both right... but it really doesn't matter as long as they end up doing what you tell them :-)

I can't remember if "off" is a preposition. If it is, you aren't supposed to end a sentence with a preposition so "take you clothes off" is not correct. You would say "take off your clothes"

Try not to end a sentence with a preposition. Hence, go with your first option, although it sounds more awkward. Then, after all is said and done, remember to say, "Now put on your clothes."

As far as I know, it can be written both ways, since "take off" is a separable phrasal verb.
