They serve breakfast all day and in some towns they never close. Yes they are opened today. Not very many places are closed. Mainly just office type businesses are closed.

Ihop here at the jersey shore is open 24/7 and serves breakfast anytime of day..

I have worked for IHOP for 15 years...most are now open 24 hours here in Las Vegas... and they serve breakfast 24 hours
...depends on your city I guess....personally though...I wouldn't eat at one....served over 1,000,000 pancakes in my career with them...pancakes are out....buttttt
ANYTIMES a GOOD time for breakfast at IHOP
