I hate hot dogs but my family eats them like this...I put a little butter in a small pan and saute diced onions and jalapenos til soft. Put dog on toasted bun add onions/jalapenos, top with spicy mustard then top with saurkraut. Sounds gross but they swear by it!

Complex, when all these are available: Mustard, Sweet Relish, Chili, Cheese, few diced onions
