He IS very real...why would you want to base the answer to such an important question on what you are TOLD to believe. Find out for yourself!
The Door to living in God's Presence, in fellowship with Him, was CLOSED when the first Adam was kicked out...(which ruined it for everyone) before this he was perfect and knew God deeply. A second perfect Adam REOPENED the Door so that we could be restored to the original Relationship. So man chooses which Adam he wants to follow. Not choosing just leaves you in the first one...outside the closed door. But all are welcomed to come through the open one if they want. The only thing is, the Age of Grace is ready to come to a close...which means the Door will be closing as well. So, people, don't wait too long. Jesus is the only DOOR to God. If you don't enter, it's your own choice...God doesn't choose it for you. Christ is the door to the spiritual "Ark"...when the floods of judgment come again....WHERE WILL YOU BE?
I know not all can understand this, but at least you won't be able to say, "But Lord...I DIDN'T KNOW! Nobody ever told me!"

He is real!
God the eternal Son became incarnate in Jesus Christ. Through Him all things were created, the character of God is revealed, the salvation of humanity is accomplished, and the world is judged. Forever truly God, He became also truly man, Jesus the Christ. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived and experienced temptation as a human being, but perfectly exemplified the righteousness and love of God. By His miracles He manifested God's power and was attested as God's promised Messiah. He suffered and died voluntarily on the cross for our sins and in our place, was raised from the dead, and ascended to minister in the heavenly sanctuary in our behalf. He will come again in glory for the final deliverance of His people and the restoration of all things. (John 1:1-3, 14; Col. 1:15-19; John 10:30; 14:9; Rom. 6:23; 2 Cor. 5:17-19; John 5:22; Luke 1:35; Phil. 2:5-11; Heb. 2:9-18; 1 Cor. 15:3, 4; Heb. 8:1, 2; John 14:1-3.)

Yes, Jesus is a real live living Person. He is not a myth or legend. But yes He is supernatural if that is what you are asking? We cannot see air, but we know it's there. So some things have to be accepted on faith not from what the eyes can see but what the heart can feel.

What!?
1) Of course Jesus is real. Even (educated) atheists agree that Jesus really existed.
2) Don't rely on what people tell you to believe. If you don't trust the people who tell you about Him, for whatever reason, then just read it for yourself in the Bible. Ask God to illuminate the truth about Jesus and you will understand from the source instead of from fallible humans. (Yes, you are fallible too. But your spirit will recognize truth.)

Jesus existed. No one argues this. Agnostics, Jews, Muslims, Christians all believe he existed. Josephus, non christian historian even writes of Jesus.
Now, here's the rub. What do we do with Jesus? What do we do with his claims to be God.
C.S. Lewis makes the statement that we must, make a decision.
He is either God of the Universe, a liar or a lunatic. You pick. Remember, his existence is not in question. And you can't call him a good man, good teacher, or prophet, because of his outrageous claims. So what are you going to do with him?

Oh, he's real. He wanders around helping the poor and sick and the crazy all the time. When you see that whacky homeless person talking to himself, you're mistaken. Jesus is there with him, protecting him, saving him. You can't see Him. Jesus is everywhere, saving and delivering, and giving strength and... Nah, I'm just messing with you. You're sort of on your own, but if it makes your life better to believe, why not?
