Pour milk in a glass then had 7up in it and 3 tablespoons of sugar. It taske like milky lemon soda and it's really good! I made it up! try it!

This sounds WAY too sweet for me. But it kind of reminds me of an "egg cream", something that I always thought sounded ghastly and turned out to be rather good. Growing up in Detroit, a Boston Cooler was a popular drink. Half milk, half Vernor's ginger ale, over ice.
