I am guessing you are asking how to overcome your need to be perfect. I am just wondering what you are reacting to and if you feel others expect perfection from you to be acceptable. Overcoming the need to be perfect is a matter of accepting yourself for who you are, mistakes and all. Easier said than done I'm sure. So I can only wish you good luck and suggest you surround yourself with people you feel comfortable being yourself around and accept you for who you are.

Don't laugh but my therapist suggested reading up about the Japanese are of Wabi Sabi. It's the art of imperferction and embrassing the imperfections in life. Seeing them as a special and unique experience. I have to be honest and say I've read about it minimally and I still deal with perfectionism.
If you can't do it on your own I suggest a therapist to help walk you through it.

No body is perfect except George W Bush.
We must tolerate imperfection or we are left alone.
Perfection is an art not a cult.

Realize that you best is always enough. In medicine there is an addage, "The enemy of good is better". If it's good, leave it at that. Messing withit more will only compound the query.
