So I'll just say, FYI, in case you didn't know, that with cell phones, even if there is no longer any service to the phone, you can always call 911 in case of emergency. They're set up that way and there is actually a charge rolled into everyone's bill to cover this. So, it's good to keep an old cell phone that has life to the battery in the car, just in case.

911 on the land line in US but 112 on any mobile / cellular phones any where in the world. 112 is the international emergency number for mobile phones.

try calling the numbers 9-1-1....then ask them for the number of 911. im not sure but i think it ends with a one.
