Very refreshing. From Taste of Home.
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 medium ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
1/4 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup frozen blackberries
1 cup milk
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
I got this recipe from the Nestle' website. Easy, fast, and absolutely delicious.
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1 (8 ounce) container strawberry yogurt
Place evaporated milk, strawberries, & yogurt in blender.
Cover & blend until smooth.
I like to chill mine in the fridge for a few minutes to make it cold.

I made a yummy drink yesterday with a punnet of strawberries that wouldn't last much longer. I shoved the strawberries in the blender until well pureed, added a bit of lime juice, then mixed with ginger beer (I liked it best half and half strawberry goop/ginger beer) Strawberrys with a thirt quenching bite perfect for a hot day. Enjoy!

i'm awesome at making smoothies!!! really easy... if you have something like fresh frozen strawberries (we get ours locally and then freeze them so they stay good) pour about 1-2 cups in a blender. then add one bananna. add in any other type of fruit if you'd like-- i sometimes use about a cup or so of frozen rhubarb but that also sometimes gets stuck in the blade of the blender so be aware of that. add some icecubes, (depends if your fruit is frozen or not) and then pour orange juice into the blender... maybe about one cup? put the blender on high until there is no solid chunks of anything and it lookes like a smoothie... you may have to add more orange juice if it's too thick for your liking...
sorry that i don't have good measurements, i always just estimate whatever looks good! play around with your recipes trying different combinations. you can use any type of yougurt instead of OJ too, but i prefer it with OJ. good luck!
