you should never have sex with someone if your heart isnt in it. Maintain your dignity and value. And having sex in a commited relationship is even a better stance to take.

If you want to stay friends, than let her know in advance you will have sex with her, but will not be her boyfriend. Let her know it is just sex and you don't want a couple's relationship with her. Keep in mind it is always nice to have a go to person just in case a night of passion does not reach its resolution and you need to call someone to release you.

Whether or not he or she is attractive,you should not have sex with somebody just because he/she wants to!
Thats insane!
Don't do it if you don't want to.And do remember,he/she may have slept around with many.So you do not want to have caught STD from this pathetic friend of yours right?

How "non-attractive?" If there is plenty of booze on hand, you might be able to negotiate that point.

Look... I *want* to have sex with lots of people. But it's not going to happen.
I don't know about YOU... but when I have SEX... I've got to want to be there.
Additionally (and this seems to be just ME only)... I've got to have FEELINGS with the person... for it to be WILDLY SUCCESSFUL for ME.
