i'm having curry too, kind of cooked by me, mum cooked the sauce months ago and froze it and we accidentally defrosted it thinking it was something else, so i browned some chicken thighs this morning, heated up the sauce and put them into the slow cooker, smells good so far and can't really go wrong, well i hope not anyway! so it's kinda lazy cooking but i did cook the chicken half way through and heat up the sauce lol
ps don't ask me what's in the sauce coz the only thing i know is a cinnamon stick i added this morning ;p

Home made carrot soup from the bbc web site. It is very yummy and I put a sweet potato in it as I did not have a normal one. For the recipe see the link. I used chillis, not curry powder. I have alos done this recipe with courgettes and it was also yummy.

Well i made curry yesterday, and have a bit of a hangover today (not from the curry) so made chip butties and probably order a pizza later.
