Do crunches and sit ups, apparently for a woman all you need is 36 per day, so for a man minimum of 50 per day. I would not recommend eating very little, you would not be doing yourself any favours, just have a healthy diet you don't need to cut it down. Just eat healthily, no fats and very little carbs would help. Remember to drink loads of water!!! Always remember to eat breakfast, it really is the most important meal of the day cause it kick start your metabolism.

To lose weight you need to expend more calories than you take in. You can achieve this two ways: eat less and do no more exercise, or eat the same and exercise more. Of these, the latter is by the most preferable as a) you still get to eat nice food, b) it's good for your ticker, so you'll stand a good chance of living longer and c) exercise releases feel-good chemicals into your brain so you get a free, natural high.
Cutting down the food without exercising will probably help you lose weight, but if you ever go back to eating what you were before, your body will turn more of this into fat, just in case. So you're stepping onto the diet treadmill with no end in sight. It's the hair-shirt approach to losing weight. Why not exercise, feel good and keep on eating sensibly? You could take up salsa classes, they're great fun, teach you how to shake your as$, are good places to meet women and give you a great workout.
Good luck

Crunches or an Ab-Lounge (about $125-$150 at Sears) ... start with 25 and build to 100 reps per day. The walking will only help if it's continual and not stop/start. Besides, what's 10 minutes a day going to hurt if it improves your body and body image?
You still gotta exercise some to maintain muscle elasticity. You'll reach your goal in no time at your age, and your ab muscles will be stronger for better sex.

The distribution of fat on your body is related to how much cardio exercise is in your day. The more desk-jockey or couch-potato your day is, the more fat will accumulate at your belly and hips.
You can lose ALL your fat by dieting, in which case exercise doesn't matter, but you would be very unhealthy and anorexic following that route.
If you get 20-40 minutes of moderate-difficult cardio exercise daily, FAST walking, running, bicycle, etc. - the fat on your body will re-distribute from your belly to a more symmetrical distribution around your body, keeping your skin smooth and your face pleasant. No dieting needed.

If you drastically reduce the amount, your body will start storing fat because it believes that you are starving!!! Trying to eat less is good, however, the best thing to do is eat at precise schedule times, and do not eat between meals. If you must, then have a fruit.
Do not eat and drink at the same time. Drink at least 5-10 minutes before or after your meal. Drink natural juices or water; and you MUST do abdominal exercises (doest have to be sit ups) and it will tighten your stomach muscles.
Good luck..

You cannot 'target' weight loss. If you eat less calories that you need you will lose weight, if you eat more you will gain it.
Contrary to popular mythology, fat is broken down from all over your body. If your tummy is the only place you have any then dieting will produce results.
Excercise can target areas to tone and shape them but it is the muscles underneath the fat that tighten and develop, it does not effect the fat on top.

whatever you do,DO NOT EAT VERY LITTLE OR STARVE YOURSELF-100% of people who do this just end up putting the fat back on again and eventually end up fatter than they are now ,they lose muscle as well as fat and you will look dreadful, supplements and crappy ab-rollers and other crappy tv commercial equipment will not work believe me and CHECK OUT THE SITES.GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

when you lose weight, you lose it from your entire body, not one place. spot-exercising does not work. you can have the strongest abs in the world and still not have a six pack. so you'll only get the belly you want if you're willing to be slimmer than you already are.
