No liquid is good for electronics. If you mean the case that the electronics comes in, I would say spray a little Windex on a cloth then wipe the dust from the case. If you want to clean electronic components themselves like resistors and capacitors and such, you should use isopropyl alcohol while the equipment is unplugged and had time to discharge but I don't suggest you mess with components unless you have had training.

Get some alcohol paper towel wipes from an office supply shop. Better as it dries fast and kills the bacteria etc.
Streak free too.

For glass screens, its good, but not for LCD's. The chemicals will eat away at the layer that makes them not reflective.
