You can't.. eyes just get worse. Even people who have gone all their lives with great eyes may end up needing reading glasses at some point. If you don't want your eyes to get worse, and you don't want to wear glasses anymore, get LASIK.

Don't cut your eyes out. That guy probably isn't a doctor. Besides you can usually pop them out with a spoon.
RK or laser treatments work well for vision correction if that is what this question is about but they are not forever they both require follow up treatments.
