You may want to contact your IT department, or administrator. They will be able to reset his/her password!

Reboot the machine and hold down the F8 key during the Windows start process. Using the arrow keys select Safe Mode. Hit the ENTER key when it asks which Windows installation. Log in as the Administrator and change the password using the USER ACCOUNTS control panel.

If you are talking about loosing the Logon password , that allows to access the desktop. then try this
>Re-Start computer
>Keep tapping F8, till you list of options
>choose "Safe mode"
> click on the Admin account and enter the desktop
> If no admin password has been set(Which is usually the case for most of us) , This will work, Else Sorry.......
> One inside the computer, go to control panel, user account, Clik on your account and clear the passord.

There is a program for around $500 which can do the trick. I forgot the name so you have to Google search

Try restarting your pc and long in as safe mode... to do that... while the pc ons keep pressing F8 and select Safe Mode...

and try to change ur pass.

boot from safe mode then go in and change the password
