Noah didn't take any off the Ark----they hopped off the ark by themselves. If he had to carry all those animals off the ark including the rabbits; he would be one tired, old man!!

Well, considering that animals breed to their environment and there wasn't a whole lot of room on the Ark. I would say seven. In the Bible it says that of every clean animal he brought seven, of every unclean animal he brought two. So, going on the idea that a rabbit is a herbivore and thus a clean animal: seven.
