Sperm can survive up to 3 days inside the female body. And for the numpty that (obviously male) asked if that was in the vagina or uterus, the sperm does'nt reach the uterus, only when it's fertilised the egg, which takes place in the fallopian tube.

48 - 72 hours ... no lie. Even though a woman only ovulates for 2 days out of the month, it's the 2 to 3 days before each cycle that need to be the cause of concern as well, because that's a possibility of 8 days that she can get pregnant.

In what part of the body? In the Vagina, Stomach, Anus? I think it would be killed off fastest in the stomach because of the acids in the stomach. Then the vagina would be second because of the high PH and the little spermies are not that hardy. Over all in the vagina it will live for a day or 2.

I would say a couple of days, believe it or not, the male penis length cuts down on the travel time for the sperm, so the time varies some.
