Possible, yes. Advisable, no. Going through mountains is never the preferred route. It's extremely hard going.

There's a reason Germany went through Belgium to get to France in World Wars I and II, and why the US is having such a hard time finding Osama bin Laden.

It's impossible to attack India. Many things are possible in this universe, but this is not. India is too powerful for any other forces to handle. You might as well quit while thinking about it.
