Well, it's believed that God created the universe as well. In fact, people (those who support the "proofs" of natural theology) who have made the simple cosmological argument based on this claim. That is, they say that everything that exists has a cause to its existence. So, it says the universe's cause is God, and that since the universe exists, God must exist. The problem with this is that it doesn't answer what God's cause of existence is, because if He exists, then he must have a cause according to this argument. Others try to solve this argument with the kalam and contingency cosmological arguments. The kalam argument argues that everything that has a beginning in time has a cause to its existence. It claims that since God has no beginning in time, He doesn't have to have a cause. Similarly, the contingency argument claims that everything that is contingent (i.e. exists but didn't have to exist, or in other words, it was not necessary) has a cause to its existence; God is necessary and not contingent, it claims, so He doesn't have to have a cause.
However, there are several problems with all versions of the cosmological argument. Of course, with the simple cosmological argument, there is the problem of what God's cause is; there is an attempted solution in the kalam and contingency arguments. However, the problem with these latter arguments is that it is questionable whether or not God has a beginning in time and whether or not He is contingent. So the arguments are sort of begging the question, and are committing mistakes by defining God in such ways. Another problem with all forms of this argument is that the cause of the universe is not necessarily God, and it could be some other natural force like the Big Bang, and, even if it was God, it doesn't mean God exists now; God could have existed at the time of the universe's creation but now according to the argument.
By the way, as for extraterrestrials, I think the same applies. That is, if God created the universe, it can be assumed that he not only created us humans but also life on other planets since this life on other planets falls within the universe.
So, this previously mentioned failure of the cosmological argument shows that when we believe that God created the universe, we can't really rely on proofs and such. We must rely on faith. Sure, we can't prove that God created the universe, but others can't prove that He didn't. In such questionable matters, we must unquestionably believe (without doubt).

God created only the Earth. There is a separate God for each planet in the Universe. And nobody created the Universe.

If you had the whole universe to work with would you only inhabit one planet in the universe? I believe that there are probably many planets in the universe that God has placed beings on. We don't know about them for certain and I can't say whether they know about us. There maybe a whole lot of beings on other planets discussing this same sort of question. I would like to think that if there are others on other planets that they are more evolved than we are, that they are more tolerant, don't argue and fight over silly insignificant issues and that they have learned to live and love like God intended them to. we haven't done that yet. The only way we will ever really have the answer to this question is when we die and go to heaven. If there is life on other planets we will know then won't we.

In Genesis acount of the creations, you must have seen in verse one "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." This is the first creation which God does, creating the universe in a perfect conditions. Heavens here means all things in the universe and the universe itself.
Dit you notice in verse two "And the earth was without form and void and the spirit of the Lord hover over the deep." The meaning of this, is that, God destroy the first earth whom he created because of the sins of the first leader of the earth. It is submerge in water. You can find the first earth whom he created in the book of Exekiel, and isaiah.
The earth that we live in today is a re-creation of the first which was destroyed by water. so read the re-creation of earth in Genesis by God in 6 days. It is earth only that God made for habitation by the people he made in likeness and image. The other planet whom God created will soon be inhabited by man who do not die, Why? remember the scriptures "Death has been swallowed up." Immortality will be the gift of God to those who believed in Jesus and obey his commandment. The rest will be destroyed by fire.
