Not even in the top fifteen ATG Heavyweights. Not in order but here is 15 heavyweights I would place before him.

1. Joe Louis
2. Ali
3. Rocky Marciano
4. Jack Dempsey
5. Max Schmelling
6. Evander Holyfield
7. George Foreman
8. Joe Frazier
9. Larry Holmes
10. Mike Tyson
11. Lennox Lewis
12. Floyd Patterson
13. Gene Tunney
14. Jersey Joe Walcott
15. Vitali Klitchko

Yes he was one of the few undisputed champions but it was Tyson who did all the unification work. Buster Douglas beat him and Hollyfield beat him and thus dropping it to Bowe. Perhaps he would fit in the top 20 heavyweights but in another 20 years he will fall to the top 25 I'm sure.

Althought this is not an accurate list, I will list 15 of the greatest from the top of my head.
Joe Frazier
Ali
Sugar Ray
Sugar Ray
Marciano
Dempsey
Archie Moore
Patterson
Duran
Hagler
HEarns
Tyson
Arguello
Chavez
Trinidad
Delahoya
I can name at least 20 more, and Riddick Bowe did not cross my mind once. Probably a good heavy, but not a great boxer of all time.

Riddick Bowe had no consistency in his career. He was big and he was strong, but he lacked the mental toughness to be listed as an ATG. He didn't even have the mental toughness or discipline to make it as a US Marine.

Batmen's just kickin out names. Where's the likes of Johnson, Louis, Tunney and Charles, they could easily replace a few names on his list.

It's pretty crowded at the top so many great fighters. He had all the skills he just never fought Lennox and that's a mark against his name and to qualify you have to fight the best. Its hard to say some fighters never fought a list of great fighters but they still make do with what they have at the time and are considered great. On talent yes, on worthy contenders no.
