Well if you mean snoring, like making noise when you sleep???
My husband is king snorer, and he will keep me awake or wake me up with his horrible snoring...
I have bought every kind of product on the market with nose sprays, throat sprays, bandages, strips, oils, vaporizers, inhalers, creams, ointments, clips, and pills...
I have found nothing really works...
He has allergies and takes different kinds of allergy relief pills each day and no luck...
I lose a lot of sleep around him and he wasn't this way when we married...
I think it has a lot to do with his recent weight gain in the last few years from changes on his job...
He sits more now than before and has gained a lot of weight, so if you are over weight also, it might be part of the reason...
