they are all correct. every religion must have a story to tell and the truth may not be so clear. it may be confusing. people cannot handle the truth, so they invent myths

As a Chrisitan I have spent a great deal of time studying other religions and am always disappointed to find out how little other people know of other religions. Part of your answer depends on what you answer religion to be. I prefer to take a Biblical view of religion that Paul the apostle had in Acts that all religion is a response to God, however some people respond correctly and others incorrectly.
Many religions have within there definition an exclusivity about their beliefs that prevent competinig beliefs from being acknowledged. Christianity and Islam for examples are exclusive religions because they exclude the possibility of other answers for salvation and truth.
Your question is in fact INCORRECT unfortunately because not EVERY religion is exclusive and believes that every other religion is a myth. Hinduism and Budhism in particular have many gods. Visiting the Hindu temple in Lansing, MI they even had a Mohammed statue and a Jesus statue. They are very open to the idea that each person has their own path to enlightenment. They would deny judgement on other religions saying that their path is their way and our path is our way. We are all on the same journey towards enlightenment.
When you research these western books, you must also be VERY careful about its sources - While not always true, these books are often written with a particular thesis or angle that tries to label other religions as myths - EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO WESTERN ORIGINATED RELIGION

The basic problem I see here is that most people are born to a religion some are Hindu cause he was born a Hindu some are Muslim cause he was born a Muslim some are christian cause they are born a christian.
Now these people are brainwashed from small days by their parents about the customs of their religion this actually makes them blindly believe in something which most dont do any research on.
This blind belief leads them astray, this is another reason people are all tensed up when we talk of their religion .. so whats the solution ?
Islam is the solution :) why am I saying this ? I found ONLY Islam challenging its followers to think, to understand, to study then believe its mentioned in the quran in several places for mankind to think and it reveals several scientific facts and ask us why not you think ?
So if religion is a blind thing why is it that Islam pushes us to study ? cause its the truth it needs its followers to be knowledgeable about their religion and the world affairs.
Read the quran you will see the truth of other religions too

If you believe in God, you have chosen to reject Allah, Vishnu, Budda, Waheguru and all of the thousands of other gods that other people worship today. It is quite likely that you rejected these other gods without ever looking into their religions or reading their books. You simply absorbed the dominant faith in your home or in the society you grew up in.
In the same way, the followers of all these other religions have chosen to reject God. You think their gods are imaginary, and they think your God is imaginary.
In other words, each religious person on earth today arbitrarily rejects thousands of gods as imaginary, many of which he/she has never even heard of, and arbitrarily chooses to "believe" in one of them.
The following quote from Stephen F. Roberts sums up the situation very nicely:
"I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours."
A rational person rejects all human gods equally, because all of them are equally imaginary. How do we know that they are imaginary? Simply imagine that one of them is real. If one of these thousands of gods were actually real, then his followers would be experiencing real, undeniable benefits. These benefits would be obvious to everyone. The followers of a true god would pray, and their prayers would be answered. The followers of a true god would therefore live longer, have fewer diseases, have lots more money, etc. There would be thousands of statistical markers surrounding the followers of a true god.
Everyone would notice all of these benefits, and they would gravitate toward this true god. And thus, over the course of several centuries, everyone would be aligned on the one true god. All the other false gods would have fallen by the wayside long ago, and there would be only one religion under the one true god.
When we look at our world today, we see nothing like that. There are two billion Christians AND there are more than one billion Muslims, and their religions are mutually exclusive. There are thousands of other religions. When you analyse any of them, they all show a remarkable similarity -- there is zero evidence that any of these gods exist. That is how we know that they are all imaginary.

Um...well yes soon the church will be rumbled, and yes most religions if they are warrior religions are wrong. The Oahspe tells you the high density beings (Gods) if you like who run them all.
It also tells you the early Christian warriors in 350 AD and again 200 years later, burnt down the main library where all the historic records where kept going back to the time of Zarathustra and including who the true Jesus was (Joshu) and that he lived in a faithist community with the 12 disciples was married with 5 or 6 children.
The church of Rome and Constantine then adapted the stories to suit their desires

All religions seek the same God because there is only one.
Problem is they all want to think God belongs to them exclusively. The idea that any real God would by definition belong to all of mankind is too much for their tiny little minds to comprehend. So they continue on in their silly dream of an exclusive God that they have some kind of a patent on.
God has always been just God. Loving and available to every person that ever existed. It never mattered to Him/Her what language they spoke or what name in that language they used to show their respect of Him with.
Sounds so God like doesn’t it. Would you really expect any less of Her?

Satan has been confusing man's mind for centuries as to the 'right' religion.
Not all religions lead to God.
Proof of the correct religion can be found by the sincere in the bible. Others will miss it. Only sincere study will find God.
Draw close to him, and he will draw close to you..
