If you are looking for a dog that's cheap...you aren't really looking for a dog at all. Dog's are never cheap once you take the feed, toys, and health care to mind. If you are looking for a dog that will most likely already have their shots and have been spayed/neutered, I would go to a local shelter. You can usually find gorgeous dogs that just need lots of love and care at a shelter. You can also be saving a life!
PS-lots of smaller house dogs are hyperactive, high maintenance, and yippy. I would look for a long-haired real Chihuaua...not the toy Chiuaua's because they're yippy and small. Long-haired are a lot bigger, but still the perfect size for a lap-dog and they're a lot cuter.

the shelter or sometimes Petsmart has adoptions. Thats where I got my dog.
