if he's really a 36 years old, probably he knew that was going to make you laugh, aaand couldn't happen since it's the net, which makes it simply a funny moment. I don' think he intends to marry you... and yeah, not many guy are that desperate to marry that they'll do it in 1 hour.
Now the problem is it's a kind of flirt, and if he, a 36 years old, is flirting with a 15 years old, he's really a pedophile aaaand that's not healthy... not for you and not for him in this world. His intentions wouldn't be to marry you, but go straight to sex and that can lead to tons of trouble, like rape.
My suggestion : keep it on the net, do not give info to you, your house or your phone...

i think it must have been a joke, because that is rediculous. im fifteen and some guy asked me to marry him.... some 36 year old man, id probably call him a pedifile or something... but .. hey it is an online chat room, he really could be some fifteen year old boy just trying to get a laugh
